Counterflow cooler

The Crocus Counterflow Cooler is designed to cool pellets, flakes, oilseeds, grains and similar free-flowing products after processing.

The Crocus Counterflow Cooler is available in two different versions for optimum flexibility of installation.

CCS- Counterflow Cooler Square:  Delivered with an intake capacity of up to 60 t/h.

CCR- Counterfow Cooler Round: Delivered with an intake capacity of up to 40 t/h.

Product specification CCR or CCS:

• Pellet size:  4- 10 mm , 650 kg/m³
• Water content: 15-16 %
• Fat content: 4-6 %

CCS HFL

Counterflow Cooler with Hydraulic Flat Bottom is used for material such as press cakes and granulates ≥ 10 x 10 x 10 mm.

The industrial design of the Crocus Counterflow Cooler makes it robust and highly reliable while also ensuring consistent results; i.e. uniform moisture content.
